You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an eligible item. Contact us before sending anything back. We provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping; no restocking fee is charged.
Items should be returned in the condition received with included packaging where practical. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items promptly so we can make it right. Your legal rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and generally require 5–10 business days after processing to appear. You may request order cancellation before shipment; once shipped, the return process applies.
